If your merchandise falls into the category of streetwear, alternative, rock or cult fashion, accessories or giftware this is most certainly the ONLINE FASHION TRADE SHOW for you.

This is a very inexpensive way of reaching buyers in these communities all day, every day all around the world. It is very straightforward to become an ONLINE EXHIBITOR – simply follow the instructions here. If you get into difficulty we can help & if you need someone to do this for you, we make that happen too. Once you become an ONLINE EXHIBITOR you will be exhibiting to our LondonedgeLIVE.com ONLINE BUYER COMMUNITY.

This has it’s roots in the huge & comprehensive LondonEdge & LENY databases (42,000 specific buyers) which have been built over the last 10 years. Once an ONLINE EXHIBITOR it is essential that you update your stand with new launches, themed products and stock arrivals. Where appropriate we will then deliver information to the ONLINE BUYING COMMUNITY at least once a month sending information about the newest exhibitors, interesting product stories, stock arrivals and season relevant items.

By becoming an ONLINE EXHIBITOR at LondonedgeLIVE.com alongside your real time stands at LondonEdge, LondonCentral & LENY, you can cover all bases. Instead of orders pouring in only during the show season, you will be exposed to ONLINE BUYERS from across the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 52 weeks of the year.






Step 1 : Register
REGISTER: To use this site (view Trade Stand details, add a Trade Stand) you must be registered. This is FREE and must be done by both Buyers and Exhibitors. Click here to register as an exhibitor.


Step 2 : Subscribe

SUBSCRIBE: Only EXHIBITORS wishing to build an online trade stand need to subscribe. There are a number of subscription packages available to suit your business needs. All subscription information can be found here. Once registered ou may click the subscription option to the right or contact a member of the LondonEdge LIVE staff to help guide you through the process.

Once you have completed your SUBSCRIPTION new menu items appear that allow you to ADD YOU STAND!



Step 3 : Build!
  • You will find an ADD TRADE STAND ENTRY link in the Exhibitor menu to the left if you have registered, subscribed and are logged into your account.
  • Choose your Online Stand Name and fill in the relevant box
  • Fill out your contact details, as you want them to appear on your Stand
  • Fill out introductory text box with up to 200 characters.
  • Provide up to 4 different brand names in the ‘Brand Name’ boxes. NB These will NOT appear on your Stand, but will be used as a searching tool. Note you may include as many brand names as you wish within your description text.
  • Fill out ‘Keywords’ box with up to 20 Keywords that will help bring up your particular company when visitors are using the search tool. Examples of possible keywords include; brand names, trousers, lace, hats, jewellery, red, alternative, blue, leather, streetwear, footwear etc. You MUST put a comma in between each keyword.
  • Fill out the main ‘description text’ box with unlimited characters. You can copy and paste this from an existing document or simply type it in. You may include unlimited hyperlinks.
  • Add a document. You may include a word document or pdf in your trade stand that visitors can download.
  • Select a maximum of 10 categories from the product guide that best represents your products. Select categories and then click ‘forward’ for each choice. Your selections will appear in the Product Guide box to the right.
  • Remove unwanted categories by clicking the ‘backwards’ button. You may then select alternative categories as before.
  • Create your logo, main header image and set number of gallery images allowed within your subscription. (gallery images are included in Silver and Gold stands only). Logos and Images must be created to fit the given dimensions and then saved as individual j.peg files. Logo: 140px high x 220px wide. Main Image: 250px high x 400px wide. Gallery images up to: 1000px x 1000px.
  • Upload your logo and images by clicking the ‘browse’ button in each of the relevant boxes and then selecting your specific saved files. Each gallery image will require additional text for a simple image description.
  • Remove unwanted logos and images by clicking the ‘red cross’ next to them. You can upload replacement logos/images as before.

  • Finally agree to the terms and conditions and submit your stand for approval by our staff.

 



Step 4 : Update
Once an ONLINE EXHIBITOR it is essential that you update your stand with new launches, themed products and stock arrivals. Where appropriate we will then deliver information to the ONLINE BUYING COMMUNITY at least once a month sending information about the newest exhibitors, interesting product stories, stock arrivals and season relevant items.

You can change almost everything about your trade stand entry - including images, text and links.  To do this simply look in the EXHIBITOR MENU on the left when you are logged in and you will see (below the add entry link) a link to view or edit your online trade stand.  Simply change what you want and click submit. You may change your stand as often as you like!
